Cryofit Asia is a recovery and body-conditioning facility located on the second floor of Plaza Arkadia’s Eaton Block. The centre provides technology-based recovery services including whole-body cryotherapy, localised cryotherapy, cold plunge, sauna, and NormaTec compression therapy. The facility also offers structured body composition and fat-reduction programmes.
